details:
the client were looking for a scalable website with flash elements. depending on the resolution, the client didn't want to lose the top elements of the page on smaller resolutions. with abit of css and javascript, only the content area would scroll. scripts also replace the flash with images, if clients don't have the flash plugin. front-end template design & development. back-end & database development, with cms that is not in use for this phase of the development.
