administrators can edit the welcome page copy, add / edit / delete innovations, add / edit / delete newsletters. users can browse the innovations by region / category. general users can also add their innovative ideas, can subscribe to innovation and / or newletters either by their region or receive notifications of all new innovations / newsletters

includes administrator tools for adding new regions, categories, administrator users.

developed using a java based application Skyway.
